Katie Harnett is an illustrator and author based in Sheffield. She illustrates childrens book for most ages, from board books through to picture books, book covers and older fiction. Her work has twice been selected for the Bologna Illustrators Exhibition, and in 2015 won the Ars In Fabula Award.

Self authored picture books include Archie Snufflekins Oliver Valentine Cupcake Tiberius Cat, Ivy and the Lonely Raincloud and Monty and the Poodles, and she is the illustrator of the Franklin's Flying Bookshops series, What Did The Good Night Monster Do? and Home is Where the Birds Sing. Her first board book, A World To Meet, was published in 2025.
